Happy Holidays and a Low-Friction New Year!

Your 2026 reset starts now (not Jan 1)

👋 Hey there, Beautiful Neurospicy Humans!

As we navigate the sensory-heavy holiday season and the shifts in rigidity and routines that often come with the end of the year, we wanted to send a quick note of warmth and support.

Whether you're leaning into festive traditions or prioritizing a low-stimulus environment to recharge your executive energy, we hope your transition into 2026 is as smooth and regulated as possible.

A Year in Review (Sort Of)

We've spent 2025 looking at products through a neurodivergent lens. Some lived up to their promises. Others were all marketing and no substance. A few surprised us completely.

The common thread? You deserve products that actually work for your brain, not just products that claim to work for everyone.

What's Next

We're taking a brief pause to manage our own "happiness guarantee" and will be back with our next neurodivergent-affirming assessment on January 9, 2026.

Consider this your permission slip to do the same. Rest isn't lazy. It's maintenance.

A Quick Reminder

The end of the year brings a lot of "new year, new you" noise. You don't need to be new. You need systems that support who you already are.

If 2025 taught us anything, it's that the right tools make all the difference. Not because they fix you, but because they reduce the friction between you and the things you want to do.

Until January

We hope your holidays are whatever you need them to be. Quiet or festive. Structured or spontaneous. Alone or surrounded. There's no wrong way to close out a year.

We'll see you in 2026 with more honest reviews, real user feedback, and zero patience for products that promise the moon and deliver a nightlight.

Until then, be kind to yourself. Your nervous system has earned the break.

Happy New Year from all of us. May your routines stay predictable and your sensory experiences stay manageable.
